Our returns policy
To be able to process returns quickly and accurately, please complete the RMA form and
send the goods free home to the specified address:
After submitting the form, you will receive a copy by email. Please enclose this as RMA-consignment note of the goods.
- Returns will not be processed without the comleted RMA request form.
- Unpaid / freight collect deliveries will not be accepted.
- All returns must be shipped in original or equivalent packaging.
Please note! No guarantee if:
- returned items have been damaged through unsuitable or inadequate packaging (foam and an impact-resistant outer packaging are essential)
- returned items have been physically damaged (Please check the condition of the package on receipt as transport damage must be claimed with the carrier!)
- returned items have been modified (e.g. by soldering) or the pins and connectors are bent or damaged
For items returned to us after the warranty period, items out of warranty for any of the above-mentioned reasons or items returned to us due to a wrong order by the customer (or for similar reasons) we charge a processing fee of 65,- EUR plus transport costs and legal VAT.
Returned items for which no defect was found after inspection, we charge a processing fee of 65,- EUR plus transport costs and legal VAT and possibly a testing fee charged by the supplier.
For chargeable repairs by us or our suppliers you will receive a cost estimate. This is always subject to a charge.ReTecCom GmbH charges an estimate fee of 65,- EUR plus transport costs and legal VAT. For the rates charged by our suppliers please refer to the respective cost estimate. If the repair is approved, the estimate fee will be applied to the quoted repair charge and there is no extra fee involved.
